CONTRACTOR

BUDGET

We propose that, in the new ECOPLANTA, industry, nature and people can meet in an observatory of industrial and natural processes that allows to make the new industrial model visible in an accessible, segregated and safe way.
This complex consists of a central building and some annexes that will concentrate administrative and control uses, warehouses and maintenance areas, as well as spaces for receiving visitors. A structural system will also be projected for the roofs of industrial buildings, generating large photovoltaic surfaces and pergolas on the perimeter. The projects will include the study and integration of administrative and industrial buildings in the natural environment, considering the urbanization and landscaping of the entire complex, and the coverage of outdoor spaces with pergolas.
