The Passadís Trinitat Vella arcade is located on the ground floor of a building complex around which are located the five premises object of this project, intended to house a series of neighborhood entities.
Overall, the premises’ facilities were in a precarious state, with serious deficiencies and pathologies due to their antiquity, the overlap of different actions over time and the changing needs of users.

The architectural strategy has been based on the following actions:
1. Strengthen the identity of the cultural and associative heart of the neighborhood. The premises were not physically connected as a whole, therefore the project has sought to find connections between them in order to achieve the goal of unique equipment, allowing their actual differentiated use but opening up the possibility of creating new relationships between the different entities.
2. Compliance with regulations by creating a new sanitation network and improving accessibility and fire protection.
3. Improvement of ventilation and natural lighting by the redistribution of uses, the use of existing courtyards, new openings, creating a new premises’ façade towards the Passadís de Trinitat Vella and providing green walls.
4. Passadís de Trinitat Vella revitalization by changing and extending the accesses
5. Actions to make uses and schedules more flexible.
