Transforming the space of a church in a museum of archaeology takes an effort of mutual adaptation. When the use of the old church were changed, it is no longer a sacred space for worship but a place of culture.
We proposed the creation of a series of intermediate scale elements that act as adapters between two realities: the large scale of the church and the small scale of the display case.
These elements, which we call containers, acting as a link between the church setting and the museum-installation, and allow both concepts complement and enrich each other.
