A unitary and simple volume is proposed on the entire building plot leaving a private patio at the back of it.
Regarding the exterior, the facade on Carrer de Villar is aligned with the road and the position of the existing trees is respected.
The access is through the central axis of the building, and the staircase is linked to the outside guaranteeing the natural ventilation.
On the ground floor, the lobby is organized with attached space for installations.
Vehicles access from the lowest end of the plot to the basement – parking lot.
