MANEL PERIBÁÑEZ JURY MEMBER AT THE 22nd EDITION UIC BARCELONA SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE CERAMIC CHAIR

Manel Peribáñez, architect partner in BCQ Arquitectura Barcelona and professor at the UIC, has participated as a jury member in the 22nd edition of the Ceramic Chair in Barcelona, directed by Professor Vicenç Sarrablo. The focus of the work was the transformation and improvement of an existing square in the town of Sant Jordi (Castellón) as part of the CRU(E) Urban Regeneration Ceramic Competition. The jury, formed together with Fidel Vázquez, director of urban projects at Roca Sanitarios, and Adrià Guardiet, from 08014 Arquitectura, selected the proposals submitted by Olivia de Burgh, Andrada Dumitriz and Lucía Blanco & Marina Mañanes, students on the course, which has promoted the use of ceramics in this space, exploring both traditional construction solutions and innovative formats.
